Ratherheath Tarn:
fishing well with large amounts of fish being
taken on trout pellet fished over pva bag of mixed pellet content. The water is cooler with
less tench being taken bream and carp are feeding well over on the 2nd part of the lake.
favored pegs are 41 [fished close to the bushes on the opposite side]39[close on the left and far out]34[close in on the left]33[straight out]and 32[close to the sides].
boilies arn't being taken well at the moment but if fishing them it is best to use a 'unique' shape such as a dumbell.luncheon meat on a hair is working well with some tench and carp being taken. But most are being caught on trout pellet.
