Subject: Lake Norfork, Arkansas fishing report

HI FOLKS!
THIS IS RON SCHNEIDER WITH THIS WEEKS FISHING REPORT
BOTH LAKES HAVE DROPPED SLIGHTLY AGAIN THIS WEEK, WATER TEMPERATURE IS IN THE LOW 70’S

ON BULL SHOALS, WILDERNESS TRAIL REPORTS THAT BASS AND WHITE BASS ARE SURFACE FEEDING EARLY IN THE MORNING, TRY ZARA SPOOK JRS, SPITN’ IMAGE, OR CLEAR CHUG BUGS.
WALLEYE ARE ON MAIN LAKE FEEDING FLATS NEAR THE MOUTHS OF CREEK ARMS.
BEST BITE HAS BEEN IN THE MORNING, USE CRAWLER HARNESS RIGS WITH RED, GOLD, OR CHARTREUSE&ORANGE BLADES.

ON LAKE NORFORK, CRANFIELD JUNCTION SAYS THE BASS ARE HITTING SPINNER BAITS OR WIGGLE WARTS ON WINDSWEPT POINTS.
STRIPERS ARE ON MAIN LAKE FLATS AND IN COVES FROM DIAMOND BAY DOWN TO THE DAM.
THEY ARE SUSPENDED JUST OFF THE BOTTOM IN 55’ TO 75’ OF WATER,
AND MEDIUM SHINERS OR SHAD ARE WORKING WELL,
AS ARE JIGGING SPOONS IN WHITE OR CHROME COLORS.
BASS AND WALLEYE ARE ON LEDGES AND STEEPER GRAVEL BANKS PART WAY INTO THE MAIN LAKE COVES AND MAJOR CREEK ARMS,
JIGGING SPOONS ARE WORKING ON THEM ALSO, LOOK IN 45’ TO 55’ OF WATER.

THE WHITE AND NORFORK RIVERS CONTINUE TO DO WELL,
AND THE BERKLEY POWER EGGS IN FLOURESCENT YELLOW,
OR BELGIAN RED WORMS ARE STILL THE BAITS TO USE.
