Subject: CODFATHER REPORT 8-7 thru 8-13


Carlos Ferreiro, Woody, Kerry,, Pete,and Billy limited out on Stripers, with Woody catching the pool fish of 37"(25 lbs). The group of five then proceeded to the fluke grounds with Kerry catching the pool fluke of 21". Wed. evening Dennis Moran and his group caught Stripers withKen Moran taking pool honors with a 34" fish. Dennis had a 331/2",Martin
Heeb had two over 30" ,with Martin Sr. catching a 6 lb. Weakfish.

On Thursdays trip for Chris, Sue, and Mike 24 Fluke up to 5 lbs. were kept with 20 keepers released. Friday saw Carl Peterson and his group of five limit out with Fluke up to 5 1/2 lbs, returning to the dock early with dinner.

Fluke fishing is the best bet, with Stripers a good bet on most days.
