I flew down the coast last Saturday 5/28 to see what was up. The water was as clear as I've seen it by SLP so I could see a lot of bait and fish in the water. I saw a huge shark working a sandbar off the Freeport side of the pass. I don't know what kind it was but it was much bigger than the two fisherman about 8' away. The plane scared it but the guys never knew it was working bait right by them. First time I've seen a shark that size in this area.
