Subject: Fishing Report - Victor Harbor and South Coast

Friday at Wirrina yielded snook, garfish, squid and big tommies in good numbers.

Jetty anglers should try early and late in the day for garfish, tommies and squid at Second Valley.

Rapid Bay offers its usual summer mixture of garfish, squid, tommies, mackerel and occasional trevally.

Parsons Beach turned on salmon to 1.5kg from late afternoon to early evening, while salmon trout were taking lures from the Granite Island breakwater.

Other Victor Harbor news included bream in Hindmarsh River near the railway bridge, salmon trout and mullet near the yacht club, tommies and garfish along Franklin Parade, and a few snapper on the inner and outer reefs.
