I'M JOSE AKA BETO I'M 14 YEARS OLD I LOVE FISHING YOU WILL SEE IN IRVIVE OR SANTA ANA AND OTHER SMALL LAKES WHEN I COME OUT OF TRACK MY SCHOOL GOT TRACKS I BE FISHING ALL THE TIME.I WENT TO SANTA ANA TOO I GOT OVER 20 CATS THE BIGGEST WAS LIKE 6.0 POUNDER I WAS 24 HOUR FISHING BUT IT WOULD OF BE BETTER IF I WENT TO IRVINE WERE IS THE STATE RECORD AT.

theres a little spot between the bay and the north face. its marked with pink bouys. watch for shallow spots and a quick bass hit(if they are hungry) my finder had lots of marks. |

as long as the winds are calm and your anchore holds you'll catch fish. plastics are the key!!! the bay and the north rock face are good spots. just watch for underwater weeds. i lost 4 jigs in the weeds and trees. if you find them please leave at lost and found  |

Great fishing for southern California. Bass doing good right now and for those who like catfishing - this is the time. Lake record is an 89 pounder pulled in last year! Lots of trophy fish in this lake. Record bass is almost 15 pounds. |
