Soft Machine Green 2Pk There have been numerous versions of this famous green straight-runner made over the years, but Mold Craft's Soft Machine is the first that has a realistic ?fishy? feel to it. The Soft Machine is a well-known tuna lure on the US Atlantic coast, where it produces excellent results on bigeye, yellowfin and bluefin tuna, but no one is surprised when a marlin climbs on it either. A 13" straight-runner without a lot of built-in action, this "lame duck" often gets smacked hard when run well back behind the rest of the lure spread, try running it off the shotgun "rigger or the long rigger". Its thin, tapered head means it can also handle a bit of pace with minimum drag, and some additional boat speed will see it start to pop and smoke like a regular lure. Soft Machines feature a clear head, highly reflective eyes, and strips of contrasting red Mold Craft Pearl Tail skirt material, which gives the lure a tantalizing shimmy through the water. What's more, Soft Machines come two to a pack, so you effectively get two lures for the price of one!

Tuna Daisy Chain Kit We worked with the Moldcraft specialists to design a kit that would offer you the best performing SoftHead lures rigged as daisy chains. Chains imitate the appearance of schools of baitfish or squid in your lure spread, increasing your chances of attracting the bite. Originally designed for yellowfin tuna, this kit will work equally well on dolphin, sailfish, small blue marlin and has driven white marlin nuts. Kits includes a 3-piece green with red tracer, 12'' Soft Machine daisy chain, rigged on 200# Momoi mono with a single 10/0 Mustad 3407SS hook in the last (trailer) bait. You also get two 9'' Squirt Squid daisy chains (one in natural tan, one in amber) with 3 squid on each chain rigged on 200# momoi with a single 10/0 Mustad 3407SS hook in the trailer.
