Update August 16, 2001
Fishing has improved since the last cold front. However another one is on it's way to and will most likley mess up the fishing again. Yesterday we had a crew of four and ended up with 28 nice Walleye, one which was 30.5 inches! Yes there are still big fish in August! See pictures below of Fred Hickcock, Tom Hamilton, Mark and Bob. We were fishing the 41.45.00N 082.59.00W. We trolled all day with dipisy divers using Michigan Stinger Spoons, Shrimp and Light Days where the colors. We can't wait to go to Huron, The bite has started according to Mark Smith who caught his Limit by noon, on the sand bar near Lorain.
