Subject: Fishing Champlain
Fishing on Champlain is open year 'round for most speicies.Currently it is Mid-spring and the weather has been unusually cool which has been excellent for the walleye,steelhead,salmon,brown and laketrout but not so good for bass,northern pike or panfish such as white and yellow perch,sunfish and crappie.Yep, we have a great verity for every fisherperson to chase after here on Champlain,even more than I've listed but as for now if you like cold-water fishin' it the time to get up here and wet a line .Those warm water species should be comin' on pretty soon.Good luck and have fun! |
