VOYAGER SUBMERSIBLE HANDHELD
The Uniden Voyager Submersible Handheld model is an ultra compact marine radio; in fact the world’s smallest VHF. But its size defies all the ultra-modern features of a deck mount that it comes equipped with. It has JIS7 waterproof specifications and can withstand being submerged at a depth of 1m for 30 minutes without any damage. It comes with a 3 year water protection warranty that covers all manufactured parts and service, even water intrusion.
The Voyager picks up all NOAA emergency weather channels with weather alerts and S.A.M.E. (Specific Area Message Encoding) weather alert. Therefore, during a NOAA Weather or Emergency Alert, a code for the specific location will alert the user about severe conditions in the immediate area. It picks up all USA, International and Canadian marine channels to keep the user abreast with all marine activities.
