I was checking your web site for info regarding the application of fiberglass ,using the resin and catalyst ( hardener ) in regards to applying a layer to the inside of the hull of a 12 ft Double Eagle before replacing the floor with plywood . I would like to know what the ratios would be and if it is necessary to use thinner at any point , and if so when . Also , is the cure time effected by the ambient temperature during application , and is the durability or the strength integrity compromised in regards to temperature in any way . I would also appreciate any info you may have regarding the application steps with this method and any tips or recommendations that I may find helpful with this project . I have never used fiberglass before and have no experience with this procedure at all . I have installed carpet & lino in boats and in homes for 30 years which may be useful to some degree , I'm hoping Thank you very much for your time and expertise . I appreciate any info at all . |
