Posted on Thursday, March 01, 2001 - 9:34 pm:    Subject: Reds on the flats I have fished the flats of StMarks for over 15yrs and I beleave this is the best Feb.I can remember. Im useing top water lures in around the rocks in the east flats from 4ft to 8in and having a great time... the high tides are the best this time of the year. The mouth of the creeks and the bars within and a falling tide has been great too,just make sure your out of there befor the water is. Till next time tightlines good fishin, and Dont forget the kids.
