Subject: Trout Season - Shawangunk Kill
The weather hasn't been too good but, I've gotten some reports that the fishing has been decent free floating worms. I personally saw a nice 14" Brown. The fisherman said he caught it drifting a worm Saturday afternoon. The exact location was not reported. Somewhere near where it enters the Wallkill. Don't forget that the longer the time from when they were stocked, and as the weather gets warmer, the more likely they are to be nearer the bottom.
