    Default Psl rock 10/2017

Took a ride "up" the coast (westward) to deep water before it closes, ended up metering good in 180-240 ft, choppy from wind outside, nice batch of quality rockfish , 4 fishermen kept about 36 mostly johnny , whiteblley, vermillion , bocaccio with decent blues filling out mix, no lings in deep water , guys shallow got lings. wind came up early and sent us homeward bound off water before noon.
released a 12-14# yelloweye, took several pounds lead addition to descender to descend. grissled old fish, hope he lives. Quality was the theme.

was nice to keep 3 traumatic cannaries.
