    Default Image on Google Earth

For years I've wanted to ask about a ocean bottom image visible about 15miles WSW of point Sal.
It's about 20 miles long and 5 miles wide and it looks like a giant tarpon.
    Looks strange.
    Any ideas?

that is a high spot called 'magic mountain'. blackgill, black cod , and red widows. petrole sole if you have a net. fished it for many years.

So tell us the depth of that plateau called magic mountain.
Was it a magic place to catch?

180 fathoms at the top. it's not magic, it's a lot of work and some luck. had some really good blackgill trips there

So I guess that the image that resembles a giant 20 mile long fish is just Google thing
I thought it might be a nuclear waste dump

Thanks Taurus for the first hand info
    Good to talk
